fantastic seafront stay!
lovely staff perfect balcony cooked breakfast ample parking
i loved how lovely the staff was but they were not too over attentive. i really enjoyed the perfect balcony. breakfast was really good and was cooked so beautifully! i managed to park and this was a huge bonus for me. i will stay again because i was.
the room was nice but i noticed it did not have a wardrobe. however, this was a small issue.

the staff was always available to help with directions, recommendations, and bookings. they really ensure every guest has a smooth and pleasant experience. i was greeted with a smile always. the check-in process was easy!

paint flakes chaotic breakfast
the room felt stuffy and had a strange smell. paint flakes were in the cups provided for the kettle, concerning. i paid £13 for breakfast, but i couldn't eat it after finding a small bone in the sausage. the breakfast area felt very chaotic and disorganized.

friendly staff amazing rooms superb location comfy beds
the hotel staff were friendly and cute i found the rooms amazing and the location superb the beds were super comfy i can't wait to come back again i really enjoyed the live entertainment as well i had no worries with the parking space
the bathroom floor needed a sweep and mop there was quite a lot of stuff getting stuck to my feet the shower was a bit dirty i found peeling paint and discouraged paint

my room had a balcony with sea views that really enhanced my holiday it had coffee and tea facilities a toilet and bathroom i did not need to share with other guests the bed was very comfortable

there is a bar with outside seating providing views out to sea this hotel is close to the beach and most major attractions it is also handy for the college and the town centre for those wanting to explore

the bar offers a selection of drinks i could easily access the bar and there was also live entertainment in the evenings providing an enjoyable experience after a day out i loved that aspect

friendly staff seafront view openable windows missing dispensers poor pressure loud music
The staff was excellent and always willing to help (i really appreciated that). The room had a lovely view of the seafront. It was great to have windows that i could open.
There were no shower gel dispensers in the bathroom. The water pressure was quite poor. Music was very loud on Saturday night (it was a bit disturbing).
