“This property's location shines; it's a shame that some experiences don't match the setting, particularly regarding maintenance and service consistency. For a relaxed stay, ensuring rooms are well-kept and breakfast is available would vastly improve the experience, especially for families. A missed opportunity, given its potential.”

The Royal Grosvenor Hotel offers a convenient location, just a short walk from the shops, beach, and the Playhouse theatre. Many guests appreciated the spacious rooms, some with a lovely view of the seafront or the Grand Pier, plus the large screen TV. The hotel also features a bar area with plenty of outdoor seating, a lift, and a Victorian staircase and hallways; however, a few guests have mentioned issues with parking availability. The breakfast is also tasty.

the room felt stuffy and had a strange smell. paint flakes were in the cups provided for the kettle, concerning. i paid £13 for breakfast, but i couldn't eat it after finding a small bone in the sausage. the breakfast area felt very chaotic and disorganized.

The staff was excellent and always willing to help (i really appreciated that). The room had a lovely view of the seafront. It was great to have windows that i could open.
There were no shower gel dispensers in the bathroom. The water pressure was quite poor. Music was very loud on Saturday night (it was a bit disturbing).
